Privacy policy
Ceiling is made by gig (sole proprietor Kim Dongjun, Republic of Korea, "we"). This policy explains what the app processes. In short: everything stays on your iPhone, and we receive nothing.
1. What the app processes, and where
- Your supplements (products you add, servings per day) and your profile (sex, year of birth, pregnancy or breastfeeding) are stored only on your device, to calculate your daily totals and the upper limits that apply to you.
- The camera is used only while you scan a barcode or a label. Images are read on your device and are not saved or sent anywhere.
- The product database (NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database) and the reference values (National Academies Dietary Reference Intakes) are built into the app. Looking up a product does not contact any server.
2. What we do not do
- No account, no sign-in, no email or phone number.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no data sale or sharing. We cannot see your data.
3. Purchases
Ceiling Plus is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription is active. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications when you start a free trial, the app schedules one local reminder on your device before the trial ends. No server is involved.
5. Deleting your data
Delete a supplement in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. If you use iCloud device backups, Apple may keep a copy as part of your backup.
6. Children
Ceiling is meant for people aged 14 and older and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
7. Not medical advice
Ceiling adds up the amounts printed on supplement labels and compares them with published upper limits. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your supplements.

Ceiling은 gig(개인사업자 김동준, 대한민국, 이하 "우리")가 만들어요. 요약하면, 모든 정보는 iPhone 안에만 있고 우리는 아무것도 받지 않아요.
1. 처리하는 정보와 위치
- 내 영양제(추가한 제품, 하루 섭취 횟수)와 내 정보(성별, 출생 연도, 임신·수유 여부)는 하루 합계와 나에게 맞는 상한을 계산하기 위해 기기에만 저장해요.
- 카메라는 바코드나 성분표를 스캔할 때만 써요. 이미지는 기기 안에서 읽고 저장하거나 전송하지 않아요.
- 제품 데이터(미국 NIH 영양제 라벨 데이터베이스)와 기준값(미국 국립학술원 영양소 섭취기준)은 앱에 들어 있어요. 제품을 찾을 때 서버에 접속하지 않아요.
2. 하지 않는 것
- 계정, 로그인, 이메일·전화번호 수집이 없어요.
- 분석 도구, 광고, 추적, 정보 판매·제공이 없어요. 우리는 사용자의 정보를 볼 수 없어요.
3. 결제
Ceiling Plus는 Apple App Store에서 판매해요. 결제는 Apple이 처리하고 우리는 결제 정보를 받지 않아요. 앱은 구독이 활성 상태인지만 Apple에서 확인해요. 해지는 iOS 설정 › Apple ID › 구독에서 할 수 있어요.
4. 알림
무료 체험을 시작할 때 알림을 허용하면, 체험이 끝나기 전 기기 안에서 한 번 알려줘요. 서버를 쓰지 않아요.
5. 삭제
앱에서 영양제를 삭제하거나 앱을 지우면 모든 정보가 지워져요. iCloud 기기 백업을 쓰는 경우 백업에 사본이 남을 수 있어요.
6. 아동
Ceiling은 14세 이상을 대상으로 하며 누구의 정보도 수집하지 않아요.
7. 의료 조언이 아니에요
Ceiling은 영양제 라벨의 함량을 더해 공개된 상한과 비교할 뿐, 진단이나 치료를 하지 않아요. 영양제는 의사나 약사와 상의해 주세요.
8. 변경과 문의

Ceiling es de gig (empresario individual Kim Dongjun, República de Corea, "nosotros"). En resumen: todo se queda en tu iPhone y no recibimos nada.
1. Qué procesa la app y dónde
- Tus suplementos (productos y porciones al día) y tu perfil (sexo, año de nacimiento, embarazo o lactancia) se guardan solo en tu dispositivo para calcular tus totales y los límites que te corresponden.
- La cámara se usa solo al escanear un código o una etiqueta. Las imágenes se leen en el dispositivo y no se guardan ni se envían.
- La base de datos de productos (NIH) y los valores de referencia (National Academies) están dentro de la app. Buscar un producto no contacta con ningún servidor.
2. Lo que no hacemos
- Sin cuenta, sin inicio de sesión, sin correo ni teléfono.
- Sin analítica, publicidad, rastreo ni venta o cesión de datos.
3. Compras
Ceiling Plus se vende a través del App Store de Apple, que procesa el pago. La app solo sabe si tu suscripción está activa. Cancélala en Ajustes › Apple ID › Suscripciones.
4. Notificaciones
Si las permites al empezar una prueba gratuita, la app programa un recordatorio local antes de que termine.
5. Borrar tus datos
Elimina un suplemento en la app o borra la app para eliminarlo todo. Las copias de iCloud pueden conservar una copia.
6. Menores
Ceiling está pensada para mayores de 14 años y no recopila información de nadie.
7. No es consejo médico
Ceiling suma lo que indican las etiquetas y lo compara con límites publicados. No diagnostica ni trata. Consulta a tu médico o farmacéutico.
